When will I receive my next bill?
If your policy is renewing, your bill will be mailed to you approximately 30 days before the renewal date. For new policies, you will be billed during the application process. For additional billing questions, please call us at 1-800-452-0504.
Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes. We take credit card payments for the full annual premium. A $40.00 service charge applies. To pay by Visa, MasterCard or Discover please give us a call at 1-800-452-0504.
How do I cancel my policy?
Please give us a call at 1-800-452-0504 or email your written request to dbicquestions@dbic.com. Your request must include your name, policy number, current mailing address, requested cancellation date, phone number and the reason you are cancelling. If additional information is needed, we will contact you.
Does my professional liability follow me to another state?
Not necessarily. Please call us at 1-800-452-0504 so we may obtain additional information and properly advise you.
Does my policy cover me for Botox?
Not automatically. Depending on the state you practice in, we may be able to add coverage. Please give us a call at 1-800-452-0504 to discuss.
Does my professional liability cover me if I volunteer?
You may volunteer as long as your professional liability policy is in good standing. If you need a policy to insure only your volunteer activities, please call us at 1-800-452-0504. We can help!
How do I suspend/un-suspend my professional liability policy?
